What is Trauma Informed Coaching?
Coaching in itself is a partnership between the client and coach in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential (as defined by the ICF).

Trauma informed coaching is unique from other forms of coaching in that the coaches have been trained to understand what trauma is, how it may show up in a session, and in what way to respond within the established boundaries and contractual agreements set between client and coach. This benefits the client through opening avenues of healing in a supportive and safe environment.

How is faith-based coaching different from secular coaching?
As a Christian coach, I offer faith-based techniques in my sessions that secular coaches may not offer. These include, but are not limited to, prayer, Scriptural meditation, worship music ambience, Scripture memorization, and faith-based resources. All of these are optional and available at the client's request, along with more commonly found techniques such as breathing exercises, somatic work*, grounding exercises, and other psychology-based resources.
